Montgomery County continues to endure repeated crashes that maim and kill people who are walking, biking, and rolling. Dustin’s work focuses on Complete Streets and the intersections of mobility, health, and equity. His work informs best practices and research, building capacity at state and local levels across the country. Montgomery County does have a Complete Streets Design Guide.

The Silver Spring Civic Center faces the ice rink/plaza and Ellsworth Avenue. It is an eight-minute walk north from the Silver Spring Metro Station. Several Ride On and WMATA bus routes stop nearby.
