Ruth will be speaking about the Week Without Cars nationwide event that will take place Sept. 29-Oct. 5. America Walks engages political representatives, advocates, and everyday people to go car-free or car-lite for a week each year. The Week Without Cars effort has grown exponentially to include thousands of individuals and advocacy groups in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
